1973 to 1982 :
We have processed various grades of Paving and
industrial Bitumen Grades conforming to IS 73 and IS
702 for Burmah Shell and subsequently for Bharat
Petroleum Corporation Limited. These products were
sold under their brand name.
1973 onwards :
Started the manufacture of numerous bituminous
products. Also undertook waterproofing and mastic
contracts using factory produced material.
1980 :
Collaborated with Fibre Glass Pilkington Limited to
develop, produce and market fibre glass based canal
liners for the first time in India. The products
were sold under the FGP brand name.
1985 :
Started supplying Anionic Road Emulsions conforming
to IS 3117.
1987 :
Entered an agreement with PWD, Maharashtra of
converting their bitumen 80/100 to 30/40 for their
Khandala Ghat road works.
1990 :
Started supplying Cationic Bitumen Emulsions
conforming to IS 8887 and have held a rate contract
with D.G.S.&D. since 1990.
1994 :
Signed an Agreement with CRRI, New Delhi, for
manufacturing and Marketing Polymer Modified Bitumen
under their license. We are the first company in
India to supply polymer modified bitumen
commercially under our brand name Polybit.
1995 -1997 :
Carried out numerous trials of polymer modified
bitumen for PWD, MIDC, CIDCO, NMMC, and JNPT.
2000 :
Signed a confidentiality agreement with E.I.Dupont,
the World's largest specialty polymer company for
further development of applications, marketing and
formulations of polymer modified bitumen market in
India using their reactive polymer Elvaloy.
2002 :
Concluded supply to NHAI projects for Polymer
modified bitumen, ie Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway
Phase I and EW 10 package Gondal Ribda Section.
2002 :
Supplied CRMB bitumen to an NHAI project
2003 :
Started supply of polymer modified bitumen to two
Defense projects.
2003 :
Started supply for Polymer modified bitumen for
Mastic works in J & K state at Jawahar Tunnel.
2003 :
Started supply of polymer modified bitumen to an
NHAI annuity project.
2003 :
Expanded operation with 18 mobile blending units.
Currently setting up a facility in Jammu.
2005 :
Got polymer modified bitumen and crumb rubber
modified bitumen 'ISI' marked from the Bureau of
Indian Standards.
2005 :
First supply to a BOT project - Jaipur Kishangarh
Expressway Limited.
